Submitting content does not guarantee publication, visibility, or continued availability on the Service.
6. Curation and Editorial Discretion
The Creator Finder is built around human curation.
We may, at our sole discretion, review, assess, categorize, reject, modify, reclassify, deprioritize, or remove any submitted content.
We may in particular refuse or remove content that: - does not meet the quality standards or editorial standards of the Service; - appears misleading, repetitive, low-value, or primarily designed to attract attention without meaningful usefulness; - appears mass-produced or lacking meaningful value; - is inconsistent with the mission, integrity, or intended user experience of the Service; or - creates legal, operational, safety, or reputational risk.
We are not obliged to provide an individual explanation for each curation or moderation decision.
7. Third-Party Content and Ownership
The Creator Finder is a discovery platform for YouTube videos.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, video titles, thumbnails, channel names, descriptions, and other metadata or content associated with YouTube videos displayed on the Service are not owned by The Creator Finder. They remain the property of their respective owners, including creators, rights holders, and/or YouTube, as applicable.
We display such elements solely for discovery, curation, identification, and redirection purposes.
If you are a creator, rights holder, or authorized representative and would like content to be removed or updated on the Service, you may contact us at legal@thecreatorfinder.com. We may review the request and remove or restrict the content where appropriate.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: - use the Service for unlawful purposes; - submit false, misleading, or deceptive content; - impersonate any person or entity; - infringe intellectual property rights or other rights; - transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; - scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Service; - use bots, scripts, or automations in an abusive way; - artificially manipulate submissions, rankings, visibility, or interactions; - harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users; or - use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited promotions.
9. Intellectual Property in the Service

However, by submitting content or related elements such as titles, descriptions, tags, comments, suggestions, or associated metadata, you grant The Creator Finder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, and use such elements to the extent necessary to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Service.
YouTube videos and other third-party content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

The Service may rely on or redirect to third-party services, including YouTube, Google, Vercel, and Supabase.
We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.
Their use remains subject to their own terms and policies.
11. Availability of the Service
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, including your account, where: - you violate these Terms; - your use creates risk or harm for the Service, its users, or third parties; - the law requires us to do so; or - this is necessary to protect the Service, its users, or third parties.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination.
